Bensey Pierre-Louis is the CEO of The Public Health Evangelist and a dynamic leader committed to transforming community health through collaboration, strategy, and education.

Bensey has worked across government agencies, universities, nonprofits, and communities to advance health equity and reduce disparities. His expertise spans strategy development, community-driven collaboration, and project management—ensuring that every initiative is effective, sustainable, and grounded in real-world impact. Through The Public Health Evangelist, he empowers partners to create lasting change and promote well-being at every level of society.

Shikha Shah

Shikha Shah, MPH is an epidemiologist and health data strategist who helps public health teams turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. With a background in pharmacy and over five years of experience across global research, federal agencies, and community health programs, she brings both technical expertise and big-picture thinking to every project.

At The Public Health Evangelist LLC, Shikha partners with health departments, nonprofits, and research teams to strengthen performance measurement, analyze chronic disease data, and improve program quality. 

​

Previously, she contributed to national surveillance at the CDC, academic research at Emory University, and global health economics projects in the private sector. She holds an MPH in Global Epidemiology from Emory and has conducted fieldwork in India and Australia.​
